My name is Jason Klugh, a licensed Realtor® in North and South Carolina. 

Jason's a native NY'er that transplanted to Charlotte in 2001 and have seen this area grow from "just a banking community" to a thriving city, a city that expands in and beyond Charlotte Metro area, to include South Charlotte, Lake Wylie, Clover, Belmont, Rock Hill, Tega Cay and Gastonia.  I've seen farms and cow pastures evolve in to developed, beautiful communities.
